we totally bought into the awesomeness of the fluorescent light bulb: super efficient, long-lasting, good for the environment, etc. that was until we inadvertently poisoned our house last night. these seemingly innocent and brilliant bulbs are vicious little buggers when they break, thanks to mercury.
we had to evacuate the kitchen and can't go in the area directly in front of the sink for a WEEK- perfect. this also means i have to keep eli out of there- even better.

SUCKS. no kitchen entrance, huh? so i guess that means a whole week of COOK OUT!!! mmmm.... shakes...
