my amazing grandmother turned 90 in may and we took the opportunity to celebrate her and being part of her family. we had a birthday party/family reunion in Las Vegas and it was perfect.


the lawler contingent rented a house together. miles LOVED the pool, even though it was freezing and he was basically suffering from hypothermia.



we had a lot of quality family time with cousins we know and cousins we didn't know as well.


we participated in some age-old henry family traditions like making crazy hats:



a lot of relays,



... and having a "campfire program" without the campfire. we tried to go for the lawler family circus.


the bearded lady was my personal favorite.

and here are the siamese triplets being presented by the ringmaster. we also had a juggler, leo the lion tamer, some dog performers, and a strong man. i'm not sure that the crowd enjoyed it as much as we did, but that's just show biz i guess.
